1. About these terms
This website is operated by Esse Quam Videri Group Pty Limited (ABN 26 697 481 217) (EQV Group, we, us). By accessing or using eqvgroup.com.au you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Supply of our products and services to a school or organisation is governed by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement prevails.
2. Using this site
You may browse and use this site for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the site in a way that breaches any law, or infringes anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any related system;
- interfere with the site’s operation or security, or introduce malicious code;
- use automated means to scrape or harvest content, other than ordinary search engine indexing; or
- submit false, misleading or deceptive information through the enquiry form.
3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on this site, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the names EQV Group, Esse Quam Videri Group, RELAY, RELAY Jr and Fieldnote, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print pages for your own non-commercial use or for internal use within your school or organisation while evaluating our services. Any other reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
Third-party material referred to on this site, including published research we cite, remains the property of its owners.
4. Information on this site
The content of this site is general information about our work. It is not educational, professional, clinical or legal advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but some of what we describe is in development and may change. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
